Five years at Caladium Consulting built a specific kind of discipline: the ability to sit inside complexity — 15+ concurrent workstreams, NGN 10 billion portfolios, DFI appraisal teams with $100M+ at stake — and produce outcomes. Not reports. Not frameworks. Outcomes. That is what I was hired for and that is what I delivered.

Alongside the consulting career, I founded and shipped two AI-powered SaaS platforms. ERTRS (ertrs.com) integrates the Anthropic Claude API to deliver conversational analytics for construction project managers via WhatsApp — built from direct experience of the operational pain that data latency causes on active jobsites. Caladium Strategy Dome (caladiumdome.com) is a multi-tenant enterprise performance management platform that reached 11 active clients within two months of launch. Both platforms are in production, with real users and real revenue.

In late 2025, I moved to Austria and enrolled in the MA EU Studies programme at FH Burgenland — running alongside product development and an active job search. I volunteer with StartUpLive, an international NGO running startup events across Europe, where I have secured two event partnership engagements. I am authorised to work in Austria and building a long-term career here.
